David Bowie signed CD inner booklet for 'Reality' (2003). David has signed the front of the booklet in a thin black marker pen, and dated it to 2003.

This item was authenticated by  davidbowieautograph.com prior to being sold at Omega Auctions. The signature was obtained by a former employee of EMI and Sony in his native Norway.

The booklet has some minimal stress marks/wear down the spine, but overall is in good condition (see photos).
